Email User To whom: I recently ordered a Nikon D2X and 4-hour battery (for $250) from you guys via E-bay. The camera is great but the 4-hour battery does not work with the camera. I fully charged it and when I put it in the camera, it doesn't even turn on. I tried to call you several times and the phone rang without answering for the last 3 business days (no voicemail, nothing). I would like to get this taken care of ASAP. My order # is in the subject line. The E-bay item #: 7533ssss Please call me: 919.542.16sss as I need to replace the battery (at no charge to me). I just purchased this camera on Aug.2, 2005.
