Given below are the mails and communication I had with TATA – VSNL Broadband people over the previous 1 Month ! My net stopped working after 50 days of installation . When I called customer care – I was given wrong commitments and was lied to ! The ownership to resolve my issue and call backs were lacking as 5 cases were created and closed without resolution ! When finally One Asst. Manager – Mudit called up , he was blunt and rude , and told me that there will be no refund of a 1000 bucks ! That means a customer can do nothing with a company like TATA – VSNL , and we are just supposed to take what they wish to give. As a customer , I demand the full refund to be made to me , as the service was found to be below expectations and the same continued for more than 10 days in the second month . So far I have received , No communication from the past 3 days !! You can go through the sheer number of mails and can understand the level of my frustration with such an unprofessional company !
