A Continuous ongoing problem!

My family and I frequent this store on a regular basis. After investigating a little on my own, I learned a new manager has taken over,Pam Haley. We have noticed the store go down hill every since then! I had reported to a "manager" at least she claimed to be, of which I also complained about as well, by the name of Eerika, only a CSM(customer service manager),About an associate that is always so rude to me and my wife and kids! I ever spoke to the "department manager" by the name of Kathy, Who was EVER RUDER!!CSM Eerika finally told us, she wasn't "MANAGEMENT" and that she was not directly over this elecronics dept. associate. She was very rude as well and arrogant, and I must add, very in-appropriately dressed! Mainly her top, I've noticed that before and so has my wife, and we both said, Is that the way a Walmart Manager is allowed to dress? An female associate was always rude to us, but lately more than ever! We buy cd's dvd's and various merchandise at that store on a regular basis.A few weeks ago the employee(Tammy) was out side the store(with her boy friend) we assume, in their blue walmart uniforms cursing at each other! My children heard every word and hate to say, repeated the "new" graphic language several days later. The associates knew we were there and did not seem to care.SO, I finally called 1800 WALMART, Told them of the situation, they got the info from me and said they would check into it. The following day I got a call on my voice mail, from Pam Haley, she had great deal hostility in her voice and I've never even met or talked to her before! So, I call and call and call and call....(Over a 3 hour period) she never came to the phone!.( By the way, just to add!! You can never seem to get any one on the phone, if you have a question or have a problem, they keep you on hold, and every one passes the buck!! You can never get an answer about anything or for me never get to talk to a manager) Back to the point, The next day another "MANAGER" calls,Timmy Thomas, left a message, the same thing...... The next day, a Ms.Tew, from district office in fayetteville,N.C. called and she told me they have been unable to reach me!?!? I told my wife, NO MORE!! That is no way to run any business! I think they should fire the associate, and anyone else there who curses out loud in front of CUSTOMERES!!! They act as if it is no big deal. I THINK THE MAIN OFFICE NEEDS TO GET INVLOVED AND CLEAR HOUSE!!!!!

I understand you being upset and you have every right to be. There is just one thing I must point out, the woman cursing (Tammy) was outside which means she was off the clock which means she is seen as a customer in Walmart's eyes. Walmart cannot control what their employees do on their time off. It is just like seeing a customer cursing at someone, which happens a lot of times in Walmart and other stores. It would be different if she was in the store and on the clock and cursing but since she wasn't there is nothing you or Walmart can do to stop her.

I vote for both..Walmart employees esp. in the automotive centers are very dishonest and stupid..they actually made a mistake in trying to scam my Partner trying to throw big words at her about what needed to be repaired..she told them to save their smoke she use to build cars and now builds airplanes and knew they were full of shit..we now take our car elsewhere..avoid Walmart and Tire Kingdom both like the plague

Earlier this week, this Walmart's auto service tried to sell my wife four replacement tires due to a slow leak in one of the tires. They told her the sidewall was damaged beyond repair near the rim. I asked her to give me time to look at it. I found that they had actually found a nail in the TREAD and circled it with chalk. It took me ten minutes to repair it with a plug kit - I had bought at Walmart. Either they are incompetent, or dishonest. Or both.
