Tripoli model fan by Hampton Bay

I recently purchased the Tripoli model fan by Hampton Bay. I decided on this model because it has a dome light fizture, instead of exposed light bulbs. Installation was simple and I was impressed that a light bulb was even included. But, when we turned it on, the bulb was a bit too dim for the room. I had bought bulbs that day and decided to replace it. Imagine my suprise when I found that the glass dome does not fit with a standard light bulb. The bulb included is a small bulb, and after trying a few times to get the dome to fit over that new "regular" sized light bulb, we gave up and replaced the original. Now, I have to go out and search for a smaller than average bulb-the kind that most people keep a stash of for blow outs. I am so disappointed by this that I will be sure to avoind any other Hampton Bay fans.
