Dear Sir,

Recently I have availed 30000 Personal Loan from ICICI bank credit card services and for the same I have confirmed the repaymen in 18 installments i.e. Rs.1780/- per month. Now, due to huge charge for late payment and penalty I decided to discontinue my Credit card, and requested ICICI customer care to bill me monthly for my Personal loan which I am bound to pay. ICICI banks executive is now forcing me to pay the same loan in one shot which I cannot pay, I want to pay the same in installments can somebody guide me on what shall I do? ICICI bank is harrasing me by billing me Interest @ 40% per anum and late payment to RS. 600 though I have deposited the Installments! Is there any consumer forum, where i can get Justice.
