I have in my possesion a company check from Handyman Connection of Oakland County, MI.

The check was for $ 200.00 for services renderd as a craftsman for the company. I sold a subsequent job for the company for approximately $ 30,000.00 a day or two prior to the check bouncing. I have a signed agreement with the company with regards to breach of contract. When the check bounced it was a breach of contract on their part. I concluded that if the company could'nt make good on a $ 200.00 check that I was not going to let them get into my pockets on a $30,000.00 contract. I believe I'm entitled to my $200.00 on the first project, as well as my material costs on the larger project which was approximately $ 325.00 (untill the check bounced) and a commission fee of approximately $ 2400.00 for the remainder of the project which is customary in the industry. Also bank fees, ect.
