eMachines T6520 eMachines T6520 October 28, 2005 7565 Irvine Center Drive Irvine, California 92618 I purchased eMachines T6520 computer back in July this year (2005) in BestBuy. In September I started to have stability problems with the system and I contacted eMachines to obtain RMA. They received my compute on October 3rd. Since them I called them at least 10 times. For last two weeks they have been giving me only promises and some escalation numbers but nothing changed so far. I need my computer ASAP and I am very concerned how long it will take to have my computer back. The manager today was very rude and not helpful at all. I informed him that I will fill out the complaint. If they cannot fix it they should send me another computer. And I cannot believe that their repair shop does not have spare parts in stock (this 'explanation' I was given recently). This is not customer friendly company and service. I am sorry I have to say that.
