i have a complaint about office depot. our company puchases it's printers from them as well as a six to eight week supply of cartridges. when our printer failed, we bought a new one, that used different cartridges. i took back three double boxes of cartridges, they refused to exchange them because they said it had been more than 14 days. let me get this straight, i'm not supposed to buy more than a thirteen day supply of cartridges. it's sixty plus miles roundtrip to the nearest store, three dollar a gallon gas, who's going to buy less than a two weeks supply, the store manager told me to sell them on e-bay. i spend 20,000.00 a year there and they coulnd't have cared less. when i said i wouldn't be back she said that was just fine, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
