Samsung ignores consumers Samsung ignores consumers October 28, 2005 After purchasing a Samsung color TV (TXN2020) I received and sent in a warranty card which included a lengthy survey. The card said I would be entered in a bi-annual drawing for a DVD player or camcorder and that I could check for the winners at www.samsungusa.com . After waiting 6 months I checked the site and could find no reference to the drawing at all. I then filled in an online consumer response form 2/1/05 and have received no response whatsoever as of today (10/28/05). Although this is a small matter, it turns me off to Samsung because they have made an offer that they did not honor and then ignored a consumer's request for information.
