Last spring I got an advertisement from P.C.A.Extermination, a company based in Ville Saint-Laurent (Montreal), Quebec. Their promotion was 2 visits for exterior (ant control, spiders, earwigs, wasps and bees) for $149.00. I used their service and on their first visit the only difference I saw was the invoice. I have my exterior exterminated every year and I have used different companies. In all instances in the past I come home to a house where the windows show evidence of the treatment and the smell lingers for a day. With P.C.A.Extermination there was no evidence of a treatment. Besides all summer long I had an abundance of all the insects they were supposed to exterminate. The topping on the cake they never came back for the second visit. When I called to have them come I insisted that they call so I can have someone there to see the job. Their dispatch insisted that they have no time to call. I asked to speak to a contact person I was told he is too busy on the road and cannot take calls. So in other wards they are too busy delivering bills. This experience was useless and frustrating and next year I will do my homework and pay more. Trust me it’s worth it. Thank-you for posting my complaint. Hope it will save someone some aggravation.
