I bought a porcelain Lladro statue from the above company. The picture they had online was NOT of the exact staatue I bought. The one I received was damaged and did NOT look at all like the picture. I asked for a refund and was denied several times.

They admitted to me that several mistakes had been made, so shouldn't they correct these mistakes by refunding my money? Of course they should.

How do I know, since they already misrespresented themselves, that I would ever get my refund if I first send the damaged item back to them. They would just forget about me and leave me high and dry.

They should refund my money, nad I will ship the piece of junk back to them.
