Majestic images photography located at 128 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106: Eli Allen (Berkowitz) is owner and main photographer of Majestic images. He was hired to do my wedding. He called me the morning of my wedding (on my cell phone) and told me that he would not make it to the wedding and was sending somebody else. The person that he sent was not top quality even though he charged my family $5600.00 to be paid up front. It is now over a year since my wedding and I still don’t have my album. Eli made many mistakes including spelling my name wrong on the proof books, printing up the wrong pictures for the album and for individual pictures that were ordered. Eli frequently did not return phone calls and had one of his incompetent employees deal with my family and I (Eli admitted to me during one conversation that he knew his employee, will Mendez, was incompetent). Eli has been very unpleasant to deal with: very rude over the phone and in his e-mails, and he is now tacking on extra charges (i.e. claiming we now have to pay tax on the package deal which we paid in advance). I would like to see Majestic images not be able to make another bride’s (or anyone else’s) experience as unpleasant as mine!
