I have been making numerous attempts to contact aol since the "improved" their sight. Since their "improvement" my "welcome window" takes up my whole screen. They give a increase option but do not give a decrease option for the "welcome window" size. I have tried contacting them in a live chat but each and everytime, they say that I am not connected on aol. Funny I am that I am working on aol right now and even when trying to get a hold of their "live chat". I finally contacted their "Billing live chat". Of course they could not help or direct me to someone that could. They do not give you any way of emailing a complaint to them either. I know that I am not the only one with this problem because as I try to find a way to contact aol.....I am seeing others with the same complaints. If aol does not get serious in customer service and can not allow customers to contact them, I will consider dropping them within the next few weeks to take my business elsewhere.
