Song Airlines Song Airlines October 28, 2005 A few months ago I flew Song airlines and was terribly dissapointed with the service I received. Not only was my luggage lost on the way back to tampa, but after they found it, there was a lot of personal belongings missing. They stole a dvd player, a watch, headphones, 10 dvd movies, dress shirts, and even took some magazines. They have refused my claim and will not honor the fact that my equipment was stolen by someone in their organization.
I feel that this is possibly due to racial discrimination due to the fact that I've spoken with many people who have received compensation when flying with Song. I've also read some complaints online where people have been refunded whole trips for this type of crime. I don't care to fly with them anymore, I just want my $1,700.00 refunded to me. I am in the process of filing out your discrimination form as well. The contact at Song is: Rajendra N. Mungol, and my claim number is: TPADL41240
