Pony Express Plus owned by Eileen Tucker is a horse transporting business located in Colorado. She has breached her contract on Sept 14,2005. She was sent a deposit for her services on Sept 9,2005. She was supposed to transport my 2 horses from Pearblossom California to Elizabeth Colorado. After the deposit of $225 was sent she went out of business and has refused to return the money. She refuses to return phone calls or e-mails, and claims that she will be starting a new business under a differnet business name.
