This company sells driveway alarm security systems. On October 10, 2005, I ordered a wireless driveway alert system and an extra sensor motion detector )order number 16108. The order clerk informed me that the order would be shipped by UPS within 10 days. After waiting more than 10 days, I attempted to contact the business by e-mail and by telephone. I have not been able to get a live voice only a recording requesting that I leave my name, order number and the problem and someone would return my call the next business day. I also sent an e-mail to the order department requesting the status of my order. I have not received a response to neither. However, the total charge of the order plus UPS shipping has been charged to my credit card. Will you kindly assist me in gaining the status of my order or a credit refund for the merchandise and shipping costs. ($120.39) Your assistance is appreciated.
