Intermatic ss7 failure Intermatic ss7 failure October 28, 2005 I am in the rockland ny area. Purchased two Intermatic SS7 wall timers and had them working for about 7 months. All of a sudden I got a low battery error so I got a Duracell battery and put it in. Still got the low battery error and on top of that got the no0p error. Have tried looking the error up but I cant find any info. Called intermatic and sat on hold forever. Put in an energizer battery and go the same error. Anybody know who I should call next? I am even willing to try ghostbusters if that may work .. Help Gidon

I figure worst is they tell me for get it so I contact intermatic. No reply BUT, today I receive two new switches. Now that is a company I will not be afraid to deal with in the future, back up your customer and customer will back you up. I have the same problem, twice, so frustrated the first time I just replaced the entire thing and new one does the same.
