I went to Lacabana for a tour of the property in Sept.,05. I was told it would be a 1 hr. presentation. After 5 hrs. of an agressive sales pitch I reluctently signed a contract. My head was spinning with all the facts and figures. I am a 64 yr old widow with no negotiation skills. I have since written to Bluegreen to cancel the contact and heard nothing. My only other option according to the sales rep at Lacabana is to default which would have a negative affect on my credit. I don't know what to do next, any suggestions?
