IPOD repair IPOD repair October 28, 2005 Best Buy Store #495, 5913 Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70836 My daughter purchased and IPOD and Best Buy Warranty in May 2005. I tquit working in late August, 2005. When the item was returned to the store she was told it would have to be sent off for repair. On 10/05/05 fter they had the IPOD for approximately a month she contacted the store for status and was told that it was still out for repair and she should not call to check on it. They would call her when it was repaired. I went to the store and spoke with an employee (I believe his name was Brian) and was told that if it was not returned repaired in 2 weeks they would replace it. On 10/20/05 the IPOD was returned "repaired". On 10/27/05 it quit working with the same problems. On 10/28/05 she returned it to the store and was told it would be sent off for repair AGAIN. They stated it would take at a minimum 3 weeks for another repair. She left the item with them for the repair. I called the store and spoke with Rick who stated he was the store manager and was told that there was nothing else he could do. I also spoke with Gerald at Best Buy Corporate Customer Care and he gave me the same information. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I feel the item should be replaced. Renee
