Complaint: They advertise a free cell phone, then when it arrives, they inform you they are charging you the full price of the phone. Then tell you to fill out rebate forms (no-where to be found on the internet-not at address they give) and also inform you that you will not get your rebate for 3 months (after you pay for three months).

Please post this for all to see.
