This company has not sent my good out which I ordered online October 13th, 2005. I complained to customer service, being told that they had informed the public about a hold up on outgoing deliveries. That is not true, otherwise, I would have selected another online company to buy this item, of which there were dozens!

Last week they told me that it would now be shipped at the end of that week, which did not happen. They told me there was no way they would refund my money as it was ready to go. Well, that was an out and out lie! My item to this day is still pending and has not gone out. The horrible company has told me they will give me a discount for a next purchase. What a joke that is. I hardly think I will ever be using them again. The fact is that I was going to have a family member deliver this article to me in the remote area that I am living in, and that time has come and gone, so I will not be able to receive it even if they ever do send this out in this lifetime!

Please advise.
