Lock/Line for Verizon Wireless Lock/Line for Verizon Wireless October 27, 2005 I have a teenager who lost his phone and to teach the kid a lesson, I didn't get his phone replaced for several months. Well, the jokes on me. Lock/Line won't replace the phone after 60 days of non-use. I also have a phone with a bad speaker. Lock/Line won't replace it either, but neither will Verizon, they would rather charge me to try to fix it. Lock/Line's policies for phone replacement are abhorrent.
