My 12 year old son wanted to purchase a scooter through this company. I ordered with my credit card for him. I was told it would be delivered in 1-2 days. After a week of not hearing from the company and not receiving the scooter I canceled my order. It was sometime later we received an email from the company stating they were at a funeral. I still told them we were not interested in purchasing the scooter. They shipped the scooter anyway in a ripped box that was falling apart. It was left on our doorstep. We did not sign for it, we did not open it. We immediately contacted the company and told them we did not want it. They told us to have UPS return it and they would refund our money $450.00. We did this. The company then claimed we sent a used scooter back and were keeping not only the scooter but our money. I told them that I was going to contact our Credit Card company as well as the Better Business Bureau. They wrote the following email back which I won't spell out the complete email for it is too vulgar to write. " Contact whoever the F*** you want to." I can forward all of their emails for you to read the are obnoxious.

Can you believe that this is the way a company would speak let alone that they are stealing our money. My son read this email. I don't want another child to have to go through what my son and I are going through. Please help me in preventing this company from hurting another child again.
