Sir,

I have a Tata Indicom Walky connection from January 2005. My Phone Number is 080-57731571. I am residding in 59/2, 7th Main, 5th Cross, Syndicate Bank Colony, Banashankari III rd Stage Bangalore - 560 085. My problem is that my walky phone has now become fixed because there was reaching problem initially when it was installed. Both Incoming and outgoing called used to get disconnected. So I approached the Tata Telservices Ltd., and after discussion it was told by the Service personnel that I am residing in low reaching area and hence the problem. Then they suggested to have a antena fixed outside my house on the top and it is connected to the walky. Now it is working. But the phone cannot be moved from one place to another place in the same house since it is fixed. Further even if the phone is removed from that particular place where it is installed then we are not getting phone connnections. Hence the purpose for which the phone purchased is defeated and phone is not at all movable. Hence whether any improvement is there or not may be intimated. Futher is there any alternative to this. Being in Bangalore city itself, stating that Banashankari III Stage is low reaching area is quite abnormal.

I hope some improvement will be there and my phone will be really walky.
