I have a ? on the bottom of my receipt it said "yout extracare account information is incomplete, please vivit www.cvs.com/extracare." can't get no pace to get to my account to see what is incomplete. how do i take care of this matter, my cvs # is 487ssssssss thank you

I left my cvs card up north and when I go into the store they take my phone # and everything is fine. When I try to order something on-line they want my # and I do not have the # except for the last four #'s. Can you give me my complete #?

My wife , Nancy Parkins, has a CVS card account number 416976488. I have a card with an account number on the back noted as 4878105490554. My wife was told ,by personnel on duty that our card information was not correct, or consistent with her driver's license. This is possible since we have moved since we obtained the cards, although within the same city.


The store referenced is on Altamonte Drive at Palm Springs Road, in The Publix Shopping Center in Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701. Our former address was 1354 Franklin St., in Altamonte. Our current address is Lake Villas Condominium, 186 Lake Villas Drive, Unit C, Altamonte Springs.


My wife originally obtained her card at your store, while I originally obtained mine at the store on State Road 434 in Longwood, Florida.


We would like to get our account cards in a current usable condition for use at all CVS stores, but certainly the Altamonte Drive store is most important, as it is the nearest store to us.

I think Extracare has a couple problems here. The first thing is, when I came to this site, it is pre-empted by ads from Google. Because of this it isn't even possible to read the entire site's graphics. The company says to click on "Extracare" and that would be fine, but I have tried to click on all the "Extracare" spots that I can reach, and I get no response. So I think that if you go outside your company computer, and go to this site. you will see what I mean. My scroll function will not let me move far enough to see all the text that CVS has in place. My assumption is that the "Extracare" icon I need to hit, is off to the left side, and because of the ads from Google, the graphics are displaced. Since my scroll function won't let me move any further to the left, I can't get to where I need to go. The people who are complaining are justified. I am sure when you look at this site from CVS, everything appears A-OK.

It is not. You CVS people, or whoever is running your website, need to check this out and fix it. I have the same statement at the bottom of every receipt I get from CVS. I anwered every question they had for me when they signed me up. What could possibly be missing? If you want to reply to me, my e-mail is WilliamMay AT q.com. Sir, all you need to do, is just go to www.cvs.com, then click on extra care, type in your card number and it shoud direct you to your account, most likely, you wrote in the wrong area for your address or wrote your phone number on one line, I know the form can be confusing, but at least you can correct it on the website.
