Hi, I had bought a pair of Nike Shoes from Delhi in January 05 for Rs. 6,000/-. The sole of the shoe is coming off. I am based in Mumbai and approached the Nike outlet at Linking Road, Bandra for repair. The people there were not helpful at all. I was told that nothing can be done about it, as I bought it from Delhi and I do not have the invoice (are we supposed to maintain invoices till 8 months of Purchase). Nike website does not have any mention of India and there is no local contact/ email where one can lodge such complaints. Hope you guys can direct it to the concerned people and help get it resolved.
