Ewave. What a piece of junk! I bought this when we moved into our home just over 18 months ago and it was a disaster from the start. The display blinks and sputters intermittently. I returned it for a new one that I tested in the store. About an hour into operation, the display starts sputtering again. Usually after about 4 or 5 brief operations in a row the thing taks a nap! (sometimes after two or three operations) When it wakes up, it has forgotton what time it is and what language it uses. Keep in mind that this is an over the counter model and it is no simple matter to install. When you punch in the cook time or quick launch buttons it tells you what it is going to cook and for how long for about 5-10 seconds before it really starts. What a crock! People who use microwaves want it NOW, skip the story! The final straw comes when the handel broke off on the bottom attachement becasue the plastic bolt that holds it on broke in two. The hardware is completely failing in just two years. That was the final straw. I would rather spend $500 to replace this piece of junk rather than spend $50 to repair it. I have no problem whatsoever and have owned mine for years. This is a great microwave for a small kitchen.

We had a GE and GE Stands for JUNK!!! Microwaves, dishwashers it doesn't matter. The scary thing is they build jet engines.

Ewave isn't much better. Had the same problems you had.

I bought one in 2002 and it is still working great. Never had a days worth of problems. It even looks like it did when I bought it! I would buy another one in a heartbeat.
