I have been harassed by email from ThePlanet Internet Services on my juno account. I have been harassed for about six months. I have complained to both the legal dept and the abuse dept. about the abuse and nothing has been done about it. I have filed 15 complaints with the Texas Attorney General and so far nothing has been done about it. It would not surprised me if they threw the complaints in the trash.

The spams are so bad that there are times, I cannot receive my email. I thought that Denial of Service attacks are illegal. Juno is just as guilty for not putting a stop to the email harassment. Makes me wonder why the selective spamming?
