Bell expressvu / satellite Bell expressvu / satellite October 19, 2005 Iam currently one of the unfortunate subscribers to the Bell expressvu satellite service in Richmond British Columbia, In August i purchased a package and a Rental agreement for the installation and set up of the satellite, Everything went well(or so i thought), I had not received my first bill as of the begining of October but i thought like many other companies they bill in quarterly increments, even though i had not agreed to that, 2 days ago i receive a call from a customer service agent informing me that my account was 50 days past due and i was subject to a $25 administration fee, When i requested a copy of the invoice after explaining that i had not received a bill they told me a $2 would be added to my bill which i find utterly ridiculous, after checking online i find they had my address wrong (no unit #) hence me not receiving a bill, I proceeded to call the centre back and inform them of their mistake, fully expecting an apology , but instead i was met with hostility, and incompetence, not only did the agent proceed to argue that i was wrong but that i would be billed for the fees mentioned, I was horrified at this treatment i felt like i was trying to cheat them out of their money, i was also informed that if they do not receive a payment they will automatically deduct the necessary payments from my credit card, Iam still in the process of dealing with this, any feed back would be greatly appreciated
I am currently trying to cancel my service with this garbage company and intend to fight this all the way and refuse any further payments.
