Ebay Account Suspensions

I have been a loyal customer for over three years. I have bought many things and sold even more. I had a 99.8% positve feedback status w/ a score of over 250. My cousin and I recently started selling Italian Modular charms. I do realize that several may have been copyrighted, however, I went onto eBay and looked and ones that were selling. I tracked them for several weeks and found that certain ones were ALWAYS listed on there. I had sold over 116 on my account and then one day my account was just suspended - no e-mail sent as to why or anythng. Finally after about 7 days they tell me that I can request to have my account reinstated if I wish. I was like whatever - so I reinstated it. At the time I had a credit of $21.76 that was refunded to my Paypal account. Then 5 days after my account was reinstated they closed it again with no explanation - and this time every charm that we had listed were custom made - we designed them ourselves. Now I have a bill for the amount that they credited back to Paypal (the amount that was supposedly not going to be charged) and then double that bill for a total of over $40.

So we switched out business over to my cousins account and that one ran for about 7 days - auctions ended and I sold more than $400 worth of charms. However, before the second set of listings could even close - the account was suspended. Once again - no e-mail. My account balance - I again have a credit of $35. I'm getting so unbelievably frustrated because my listings are not infringing on anyone's rights - my account has been in perfect standing - and I don't know what else to do.

Does anyone know of anywhere that I can go to get a decent auction experience? I'm so sick of ebay at this point, I'm open to pretty much anything. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with yahoo auctions or anything. E-mail me
