Euro-Pro SHARK sewing machine , model no 7132L Euro-Pro SHARK sewing machine , model no 7132L October 18, 2005 i just purchased a Euro-Pro SHARK sewing machine , model no 7132L. I have tried calling but the line is busy busy. I just started using the machine and there is aloud squeak emanating from the area of the needle shank. Is this normal? Also, the top thread keeps breaking and I have checked this quite completely and complied with the threading instuctions.
Is there a local service center in the Virginia Beach, VA Area?

Mine was a Christmas gift from my husband, who naturally has no receipt. I fiddled with the tension for months to stop my threads from breaking, then just as that settled down, it started to squeal terribly! I don't recommend this model at all.
