Inglis, Whirlpool Canada, business appliances. My complaint is with their service department, they give you a toll free number 1-800-807-6777 for service or warranty work after 2 days of constantly calling at intervals of 15 minutes for a period of 4 hours each day and receiving a busy signal on the third day finally got thru and received a voice mail telling me that if I didn't have the model and serial number of the appliance to call back when I obtained the information. On the bill of sale the only number was a model number and a date of purchase, no personal attention, and it looks like another 3 days of calling to finally get a voice mail and leave the information so maybe someone will call me back. I find this type of service totally unacceptable, and in the future will not purchase anything produced by Whirlpool Canada. Thanks in advance
