I am working in TATA chemicals limited-Mithapur as a asst. manager

I have purchase Aqua guard classic against order no. 1670001334 dated 11.10.2004 from Mr.. Mukesh Tosar (Mobil no. : 9824248115, customer sales specialist) located at Jamnagar (2nd floor, moti chambers, sumer club road, phone: 2555099)

I have complain about the warranty services. My services is due after six months for carbon replacement but nobody had contacted me for this services. Please look at photograph of my service card which I am attaching here with. In this card you can see that this services had been done on 20.05.2005 and there is my dummy signature also found in service card. It means on paper this service had been done but actually nobody had come for services.

In this card in first and second raw there are dummy my signature. I thnk this is very serious problem.

After one year service people have come to me for renewal of service at that time means today they have replaced the carbon.

It means that the service which is required after six months that I have received after one year.

Please study this issue and revert back with your action taken so in future other customer will be benefited from this type of problem. I am looking for your strong action and tell me what benefit I will get for receiving of service after one year instated of six months.
