I have A flight booked for the 20th of October. I booked this flight through a travel agent, and requested a travel cot for my 6 month old baby.

 

I called British Airways to make sure that they had the request and to request a bulkhead seat so that i could have the travel cot,

 

The man on the phone told me "you have to call your travel agent"

I asked if he had the request for the cot. He would not tell me, he just kept saying you have to call your travel agent.

 

I asked him why he couldn't put the request in for me since i was flying with his airline.

 

then very rudely (SPEAKING VERY SLOWLY LIKE I WAS A CHILD)

he just kept saying call your travel agent

 

I think BA has the most horrible customer service Ihave ever seen, and I will never travel with them again

 

I have written them and email and have heard nothing back from them
