I have been using Incredimail for two years and bought their premium package@ $29.99.

A few months ago I notice the junk email filter has been removed! then I get a letter asking me to buy the filter!! I refused of course.

I have sent many messages to them asking it to be re instated but they refuse, offering me a discount.

Finally I was so annoyed I asked them to pay the money to a charity I recommend but they refuse that also.

In my opinion this is a case of online fraud and would like this to be openly reviewed and commented on.
