Hampton bay lighting and fan co. home depot , miami fla

i bought a ceiling light at Home Depot less than a year ago , a school house style ceiling light, it has a defect , the bulbs don't last more than a few weeks , i contacted Home Depot , they told me they just don't stock this model anymore period , no help .and because of the lenght of time no guarantee either.

now i am without a ceiling light , can't get an answer from Hampton Bay Lighting co and Home Depot wont make good for it .
