I purchased their top of the line legacy doors and windows, don’t make the same mistake I did. The product is failing in every way possible. Windows and Doors have spotting between the glass, many are now fogging up. The exterior vinyl cladding is failing after 18months. They look like they were painted by a drunk. Every piece of the exterior framing is fading into a different color, the whole idea of buying vinyl clad exterior doors and windows is to eliminate painting. What a joke this company is. They responded to my issue by telling me the warranty doesn’t cover fading. I bought what they represented to be their bullet proof product, I had meetings with the regional sales manager to discuss my concerns before I purchased the product, he assured me that they would stand behind the product. The interesting thing is that both the regional sales person and the local sales person agrees that the doors need to be fixed at their cost, the only problem is, Weathershield customer service group blew them and me off. Once this company sells the product you can kiss any help goodby. From the day they delivered the product I have had nothing but problems. The first shipment of Doors had to be returned after they were installed because every hinge was improperly measured making it impossible to properly hang the French doors. Once I finally got them working they are now fading into zebra stripped doors. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! DAVE SANTA CRUZ , CALIFORNIA
