Hello,

I want to complain aboutthe vipservice Incredimail has.

There service is a joke.

I've had a problem with the program and i mailed them to ask for a solution.

I'll try to make clear what my complaint to them is.

Employee 1 gave me a sollution (nr1) and it didn't work....then they came up with sollution nr 2...didn't work either...

then another sollution...didn't work ......

I told them...and what do they do?

Empoyee number 2 takes over..again giving sollution 1....i tell them i allready did this...solution 2.....3........and again...emplyee 3 takes over....all the same things again and i told them what i allready tried!

They don't read the mail at all!

Now...the problem is ggiven to employee number 4 who again starts with solution number 1....

this problem started 6 weeks ago.....they are not able to solve it......bad thing is solution number 3 made me loose data....and they told me that wouldn't happen so they don't know what they are talking about...

I have payed for this program and i am starting to wonder what i can do to tell more people how bad there service is.........service they give you after yiou've bought the program...before that they don't even reply.

This is a bad company....and i am not the only one who has these problems...
