MCI collect call

MCI collect call

We contacted mci of our charge on our Alltel bill of $4.02 for a collect call that my wife and I do not accept.. We do receive calls that sound like fax or computer sounds. Called mci to question this billing and received a letter from telecom USA stating the charges are legitimate.. The total for this comes to $9.93 plus time and other expenses. Does this happen often, and how much money do you think is obtained doing business this way?
