Antugua 56" fans model #73554 from Home Depot

Ft Lauderdale, Fl. 33312. my home phone is 954-701-7sss. I bought one of the Antugua 56" fans model #73554 from Home Depot and they told me that i needed to contact you to replace or repair a fan i purchased at Home Depot. It doesnt make any sense, but im doing what i was told. I have had the fan for less than an year and it just stopped working, the motor runs very loud, but doesnt push the paddles. what do i do? thank you for your prompt response.
