Hello , I would like to know who would like to take this case. YOU MIGHT BE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY FROM IT!!!. Let me explain it. I'm an "International Student" going to school in PSU. I have a checking account with US BANK. A few days back ( say Oct 26, 27 & 28) did a few transactions ( like starbucks - 5.60$, subway 2.49$, fred-meyer 13.13$ , etc) . After doing the transactions I have a positive balance in my account. I even could draw cash from a ATM machine ( on Oct 28 night)and it showed I had a positive $6 something on my account. This is where all the problem comes into play. I check my account on Monday (Oct

31st) and it says that I have 6 overdraft fee's on my account. My automated payment for couple of my credit cards on Monday Oct 31st have taken my account into negative balance.( Yes, I know it's does take me to negative balance but 6 overdraft fee's instead of 2!!!...this is where YOU might make a LOT of money if you take this case. I even have the starbucks bill ( Oct 27 when I did the transaction) The FUNNY reason they say for the 6 overdrafts: 1. Even though I did the transactions , they don't get all the transactions from vendors . 2. My point is how can this work????...What if I have 1000 dollars in my account . What if I did 500 , 1 $ transaction on yesterday . And one $ 599 transaction on today which takes my account into NEGATIVE balance . What if the vendors ( which I doubt,I assume the vendors SHOULD send the date and time the transaction was made) according to US Bank send the charges today with my $599 charged first and the five hundred $1 transactions charged after it. That puts me on 99 OVERDRAFTS fees. (Yes, $ 99 * 30 = almost $ 3000 on oevrdrafts for 1 transaction ). How is this FAIR????... Is anyone plannign on taking up this case.
