dvd from gateway dvd from gateway November 7, 2005 I telephoned the tech line this morning and after 20 minutes of waiting I gave up. They do not say how long you have to wait ever on the prompts. I then went onto the web and tried to speak to a tech person on line. It took him 18 minutes to tell me to call another number and there I waited another 10 minutes before I threw the phone down. There is no prompt to ever speak to a human. I am still under warranty. Also if I needed to repair I would have to send to Calif. and I live in New York. I would never buy a Gateway product ever again.
