We purchased a new refrigerator from Lowes in Robinson Towne Center a few months ago. We wanted a side by side door frig but all of the ones at Lowes in (White) had ice makers on the door which we do not want. The ice maker, that is. We were in a big hurry because our former frig broke down and we had no place to store food and of course lost a lot of product, We wound up buying a Model PBF 2253HEW S/N 11378039GG and are disappointed in it because the freezer is very difficult to store food in that you want to use on a regular basis and the other part of the frig ias very inconvenient for food store etc, Overall, it looks overwhelming in our kitchen. My question is this, Is there someway we can trade this for one that we would really enjoy (and we don't care if the cost is a little higher) but want one that we like and would be more suitable for us. It has any ice maker inside which we don/t use and it constantly makes a noise like it is making ice. My wife is really upset with the refrigerator and thought I would contact you to see what we could possibly do if anything. We are senior citizens and this model is very inconvenient for us. Heavy door, too large and inconvient.
