Dear Sir/Madam I would like to bring it to your notice that the newly opened babiesrus store in fairview hieghts Illinois is not operating as per the expectations of the customers. This store opened around october last year and i was really overjoyed with it as we were expecting a baby in mid of november. Since the birth of my son we have been purchasing every item from that store and recently we purchased a baby papasan swing. We had read the reviews about this swing from the amazon.com site and it mentioned over there that the swing was not making any noise and that the baby slept comfortably in it. After we bought the swing, we tried to put our 4 month old son on it , but he would just scream and try to wriggle out of the swing. Also the swing made more noise and didnt perform as well as the review we read. We only tried to make our son sleep on it for 2 -3 times each lasting less than couple of minutes.Finally being unsatisfied with it, we decided to return it in its original packaging and buy something else from the same store. But the manager of the store just refused to take it back, she gave no reasons what so ever, simply said that the return was at the discretion of the manager and hence she would not take it. No matter how much we requested her to take a look at the swing (which still had all the original packaging and even the plastic wrappers were not removed) she didnt listen We have decided never to go to that store or any of the babiesrus stores again. I think i was treated differently because I'm an asian and do not belong to this country, i'm sure if it was anyone else she wouldnt have acted this rudely with me.
