Update on CheaperByTheDozen.com

 

I would like to update my complaint. The merchant contacted my husband today and assumed full responsibility, he stated that he shipped the correct item today and will issue a credit for shipping as soon as we send him the wrong order back. My husband mailed it out even before he called us. We agreed to wait and cancel the chargeback until the correct order arrives.

My family ordered PUR Ultimate 3-stage replacement faucet filters on October 30 this year. The total cost was $33.00 + $4.95 shipping. We received a wrong order of PUR Ultimate Pitcher/Dispenser 3 pack filter on November 4, 2005. Which are listed for $24.00 +s/h. Immediately after receiving the wrong order we notified the company via email and left a voice mail with our contact information. We received no answer. On November 7 we tried to contact the company again via email and phone. Left a message with our contact information. No answear so far.
