Best Buy employees

Every trip to I take to Best Buy is annoying. I get hounded by employees "need help, need assitance, can I help you find something, finding everything ok, looking for something in particular ??????????????????????...". No. I found what I wanted. It's annoying to be asked if I need

help by 5 different people when I go to look for a CD or DVD. Do they work on commission or something?
