I had someone sell me a magazine. It was from chapel sales. after getting my receipt it stated that it will take 90 to 120 days to receive first subscription and that I may cancel my order withing 3 business days. I pay via check to chapel sales, then they send me another bill saying I didn't pay so I have to pay a late fee on top of the invoice price. I tried to call ( numerous times) but they never picked up the phone. They say they are open at 8 am on weekdays so I called and I called and no one ever picked up. Then I tried to email them. I was fed up with there slow response, and also them slapping me with a late fee when they already cashed my check. They are quick to cash checks, but slow on customer service. This company doesn't care about customer service. Took a week for them to respond to my email. Then when I do get my email they say they can't cancel my order. 90 to 120 days for my first magazine, I think they have more than enough time to cancel my order. They state that there policy is 3 business days to cancel an order. If they don't answer calls and don't respond to emails promptly how do I cancell an order? They are thieves in my opinion and they try to sell magazines by stating that they sell to help black and hispanics. BS> If you like taking chances and you want a magazine 4 months after you pay for it, then go to Chapel Sales. Don't let the name fool you. I demanded that they cancel my order, but they won't, instead I will be getting my magazines 4 months from now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
