i put my car on this web site for 90 days i was told if the car did not sell i would get my 99.00 plus tax back on my visa i call for two weeks before to find out how my money would be put back on my visa nobodyreturned my calls so i emailed the web site www.greatcarsandtrucks.com and they emailed me back with tis other email address to get this form to send in to get my money back i sent the form back in early october today i get aletter saying unfortunately we are unable to process a refund for money back guarantee. our poilcy clearly states thar a notarized copy of the money back guarantee; as well as a copy of the advertised vehicles registration, stating the vehicle has not sold,must be received by great cars and trucks,postmarked with in seven calendar days the 90-day guarantee date from the your vehicle was posted to the website i got no phone calls back ore anyting back telling me how to get my money back my understanding was it would be refunded back in 90 days if the car did not sell i beleive i have been taken

They called me and said that I would not be charged unless my truck sold. Of course my truck did not sell and I am out of 120 dollars. Contact Better Business Bureau serving South Central Ontario. www.thebbb.ca
