I purchased an electric heater from Air-N-Water for about $40 plus shipping.

The second day I used the heater, it leaked oil.

Upon contacting Air-N-Water to get information to return the heater for a full refund, I was advised, via e-mail, that there would be a 15% restocking charge, even though the heater was defective through no fault of mine. Moreover, I was advised that I had to ship it back to them at my expense and double-box it, i.e., the original box had to be enclosed in another box.

The alternative would be to exchange the heater for another one, but I did not want to get another one which contained any kind of fluid since I was concerned that it too might leak. The company had no other heater that interested me.

Under the circumstances, I certainly would not recommend that anyone do business with Air-N-Water.
