Dear Sir,

 

I've applied ( Receipt No. 992640 ) for my prepaid SIM to Postpaid with the same phone no. 9892815780 on 21st October 2005 . Representative from Dealer ( M/S FRONTLINE SALES LIMITED ) visited to my Place and collected all relevent documents . He himself noted down my prepaid SIm No. and promise that my mobile will be activated within 3 days .

 

It has been 3 weeks that I have still not been able to get my SIM activated . On enquiring on 02nd Nov 05 , they told that the peron named as Mr Rajesh has noted down wrong SIM No. of my prepaid . So Again , I had given my correct number on phone . Till then as on date , I have been calling them everyday but all in vain . They are not able to tell me what exactly is the problem and why its not being activated .

 

I am working as DM Finance with PSU comes under Ministry of Defence . My unability to communicate with my seniors on daily basis cause a great hardship for me as well as for my Company .

 

Senior Officers in my office are unable to digest the point , that a company like Bharti Cellular Airtel , can allow their dealers / agents to behave in such a manner . I even called up the Airtel Customer Service , but they expressed regret only .

 

After having followed up almost every day with thier agent , now I wonder who should I request to have my SIM activated
